Relaxation

When I work, I work, But when I sit, I sit loose.

Osprey's

c deborah kunzie

My first day out into the woods again after being on vacation. My timing was perfect as I walked along the trail to stand under an Osprey nest and watch as this parent Osprey flew in to knock the young one off the perch and get out there and fly. It flapped its wings and managed to stay airborne, made a couple of rounds and landed back on the perch.

I was able to grab several shots of the event before it was over. I am reminded that sitting inside all day working is not as healthy as being outside in Nature where I can capture shots such as this. I need to learn how to take better care of the equipment God has given me. Meaning my body and mind.

Nothing is more relaxing to me than spending the morning or afternoon looking for those perfect shots. I never want to loose the ability to have this advantage and so in order not to create a stiff neck and sore back I do what I can to get out doors as often as possible.

Besides taking a few stress breaks and going outside keeps my mind focused and clear.
